Meal Plans
to make life a little easier, save brain space and create more time for the fun stuff

Breakfast lunch, dinner, and snacks - recipes with ‘how to cook’ instructions and shopping lists.

Everybody has a lot on their plate and what we put on the plate is a never-ending story and at times can be a real drag.  Even as one who loves to eat and cook, and feed my children healthy food, I go through phases when I’m uninspired or find it hard cooking the simplest of meals.  Having a meal plan can take the everyday guesswork and ‘eye-roll’ out of that ‘What’s for dinner?’.

Have you just been diagnosed with a new health complaint and don’t know what to eat or cook? Are you considering a lifestyle change or considering becoming vegetarian or vegan?

Option 2: Tailor-made Meal Plans

Tailor-made meal plans can be created to suit you and your family and includes:

1. A discussion with you about your needs. This can be conducted face-to face online.

  • What are your wants, needs, likes, and dislikes?

  • What tools do you have at hand in your kitchen?

  • What time do you have to prepare meals?

2.  Your meal plan package will be individually created and delivered in PDF format, so it is easy to print and pop on the fridge.

  • Meal plans are tailor-made for you and your family, and are prepared in weekly, fortnightly, or monthly format – you choose what works for you.

  • A shopping list - makes it easy for you to go online and order. Why not have it delivered, saving you time and brain space.

  • Recipes and handy hints.

  • Macro and micro-nutrient breakdown.

Pop it on the fridge and when the kids ask ‘what’s for dinner’ point them in that direction and maybe they can get the ingredients out for you, or even better, help you prepare!
