Cancellation Policy

1.  Full payment for your consultation must be received by [5:00pm on the day two days prior] to your consultation, otherwise your appointment may be cancelled.

1. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

2. Any cancellation less than [24 hours] prior to a scheduled consultation (which must be notified in writing to dani@samfordfamilynutrition.com.au, during the hours 9:00am to 5:00pm, Brisbane, Queensland time ) will mean forfeiting the fees paid.
